| Job Description | Postdoctoral researcher position is available in Cell Biology and Proteomics Lab at Koç University, Istanbul. The project is about to analyse protein diversity in cancer cells surface with a focus on the cell adhesion molecules. The applicant will apply quantitative proteomic techniques using an Orbitrap and/or cell biology and microscopy methods. We are interested in highly motivated candidates with 1. background in proteomics and LC/MS/MS instrumentation technologies who has basic cell biology knowledge or 2.Experience in cell biological and molecular biology techniques who can adapt to the challenges in mass spectrometry based proteomic. |
| Qualification | Applicants must hold a PhD degree in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Proteomics or related fields. |
