Job Description Transcriptional regulatory networks in apoptosis: control of the BH3-only gene egl-1 in C. elegans

Applications are invited for a PhD position investigating cis- and trans-acting elements involved in controlling the expression of the central cell death regulator, egl-1, in the nematode Caenorhabditis elegans.
Qualification Candidates should be highly motivated and have research experience. In addition, candidates should hold qualifications at the level of, or equivalent to, a Master of Science degree in Biology, Biochemistry or Bioinformatics or in a subject relevant to the scientific project.
