| Job Description | We are seeking a motivated scientist for the molecular modelling team of Loschmidt laboratories at Masaryk University, Brno, Czech Republic. Our research projects are dedicated to fundamental principles of enzymatic catalysis and to development of enzymes for environmental and biomedical applications. The speciality of our group is high integration of theoretical and experimental approaches with tight collaboration of theoreticians and experimentalists.
The research topics relevant for this position are focused on the application of molecular modelling to: • structure-function relationships • protein engineering • drug design |
| Qualification | The candidate should possess strong background in the molecular dynamics simulation of protein systems. The required qualification:
• experience in molecular modelling • advanced command of some scripting language, e.g., Python, Perl, Tcl • proficiency in Linux OS and supercomputing |
