The third ETB call for proposals is a generic call including all fields of biotechnology. This call is designed for SMEs in Austria, Belgium (Flanders), Finland, France, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Spain and Spain (Basque Country). Participation of The Netherlands is very probable but needs to be confirmed formally.
In the two first calls (2006 & 2007), ETB received 125 pre-proposals and 41 were successfully evaluated and recommended for funding. Selected projects cover various fields of economic interest (health, agro/food and environment). The total cost of supported projects is 77 MÄ.
